Field Trip Reservation

To schedule your field trip, complete this form and submit it. For destination management companies please provide the visiting school information in the fields. Add the company contact information in the comments section at the end of this form. All communications will be directed to the contact information found here.

  • For international phone numbers, please type 000-000-0000 in this required field, and use the comments section at the bottom of this form to provide your actual number. We highly recommend providing a U.S. number that you can be reached at during your visit.
  • Illinois students are free. Out-of-state students are $7 each.

  • Illinois teachers are free. Out-of-state teachers are $8 each.
  • We require one adult for every ten students in grade 3 and above. For groups from pre-K to grade 2, we require one adult per five children. Each adult exceeding these ratios will be charged $8. Out-of-state chaperones are $8 each.

    Groups are scheduled to enter every 15 minutes. If your requested entrance time is not available, you may be booked into the next 15-minute time slot.
